First Christian Church of Burlington works in partnership with Community Action of Southeast Iowa, Zion UCC Food Pantry, and helps support needs through our outreach ministries. If you find yourself in need of food, shelter, or assistance, we encourage you to contact these agencies first.

For transportation to Medical Appointments call United Way at 319-752-7831.



Food:

Our members bless our community by collecting food items and donating them to Zion UCC Food Pantry.

Clothing

The following agencies may be able to assist with utility needs:

Iowa State University Extension and Outreach Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP)

The income criteria are on the LIHEAP website, https://hhs.iowa.gov/programs-and-services/liheap#eligibility.
